- This is not an Emergency?
- This incident occurred within Okaloosa County?
- There are No Known suspects?
- You have a valid email address?
If you answered yes to all of the above questions, you are ready to file your report online. Please make sure to turn off your pop-up blocking software before filing the report.
Upon completion of this report process you will:
- Receive a message stating: "Your Incident Report has been received. For your records your REPORT NUMBER is: OCSO22WCR000###" showing that your report has been successfully submitted and the specific report number for your records
Please Note: - All cases filed using the Citizen eReport Reporting System will be reviewed
- DO NOT FILE AN EREPORT IF YOU HAVE SUSPECT INFORMATION
- Upon review, if further investigation of your case is needed, you may be contacted
- Filing a false police report is a crime.
Using the OCSO Online Citizen eReporting System you can report incidents such as:
- All thefts, excluding firearms, vehicles, and materials threatening to the public safety;
- Missing/lost property;
- Criminal mischief to public or private property, including damage to a motor vehicle without suspect information;
- Auto burglary;
- Identity theft
