Please confirm the following to find out if online police report filing is right for you:  

• This is not an Emergency? 
• This incident occurred within Okaloosa County? 
• There are No Known suspects?
• You have a valid email address?

If you answered yes to all of the above questions, you are ready to file your report online. Please make sure to turn off your pop-up blocking software before filing the report. 

Upon completion of this report process you will: 

• Receive a message stating: "Your Incident Report has been received. For your records your REPORT NUMBER is: OCSO22WCR000###" showing that your report has been successfully submitted and the specific report number for your records

Please Note:  

• All cases filed using the Citizen eReport Reporting System will be reviewed
• DO NOT FILE AN EREPORT IF YOU HAVE SUSPECT INFORMATION
• Upon review, if further investigation of your case is needed, you may be contacted
• Filing a false police report is a crime.

3. Criminal mischief to public or private property, including damage to a motor vehicle without suspect information;
